Manufacturing Systems Trainer

We're looking for a Manufacturing Systems Trainer to support the rollout of digital systems within our client's Special Vehicles Operations.

This role focuses on helping teams understand, adopt, and confidently use new manufacturing systems. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective training and ensure people are ready for change as new tools and processes go live.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering practical, engaging training to manufacturing and operational users
• Supporting system deployments and change activity on site
• Working with stakeholders across shop floor, operations, and leadership
• Helping ensure new systems are adopted and used effectively

What we're looking for

• Experience delivering training for systems, tools, or business applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in manufacturing or operational environments
• Organised, adaptable, and confident working with change
