Manufacturing Shift Leader - Drive 4,600+ Units/Day

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a motivated Production Shift Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing site in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. The role is a full-time position on a rotating shift pattern, with temp-to-perm prospects and a salary of £14.15 per hour.

You will support the Production Manager, lead a shift, and drive operational performance, ensuring SLAs are met, KPIs achieved and safe working practices followed. The site operates on rotating shifts including early, late and night patterns.
