Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Production Trainee to join their dynamic workshop team, supporting the assembly and production of advanced robotic systems used in high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Production Trainee
Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. With full training provided, you'll gain practical, real-world experience across:
- Goods inward processing - checking and booking in stock and materials
- Stock control and data entry using MRP systems
- Kitting and distributing parts to the assembly team
- Supporting testing and quality control processes
- Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Assisting with electrical sub-assemblies and wiring (including soldering and wiring looms)
Skills & Experience:
You don't need previous experience-just the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn:
- A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or robotics
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to get stuck in
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
