Manufacturing Process Leader: Drive Quality & Growth

Jaguar Land Rover's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) seeks a Process Leader to guide Team Leaders and Associates in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee safety systems, and ensure delivery of quality outputs aligned with GPS and QOS standards.

You will be responsible for improving SQDCPE metrics, supervising frontline teams, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to reduce bottlenecks and improve overall performance.
