Manufacturing Operator - Lean & Quality Focus (Rotating)

Ball Corporation in Kettering is seeking a Manufacturing Operator. You will be a key part of the Kettering team, reporting to the Production Team Leader, performing tasks to support the plant's production goals.

The role involves 6 days on a rotating shift pattern (6 x 8.5 hours per shift) with 4 days off. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards and coaching others on lean improvements.
