Manufacturing Excellence Leader - Group Performance

Sealed Air in Bedford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Group Performance Leader to direct daily manufacturing operations, safely delivering customer requirements while achieving targets in safety, quality, service, cost, productivity and employee development.

You will lead 11 to 15 production lines per shift in a high mix environment, drive continuous improvement through Lean/6S, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Production Control to optimize throughput and labor utilization.
