As a Manufacturing Engineer MRO, you'll work within an international team focused on the maintenance and overhaul of advanced landing gear systems, including those for the Apache, NH90, and F-35 (JSF). You'll be the go-to person on the shop floor, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

What will you do?

Within the MRO team of the Manufacturing Engineering department, you are responsible for providing technical support for the maintenance and overhaul of landing gear systems. You collaborate across departments and focus on continuous improvement.

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues on the MRO shop floor and at vendors.
• Prepare and manage process routings for MRO operations.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production Operators, and Procurement to solve technical issues.
• Develop repair designs or salvage proposals and coordinate with customers and design authority organizations.
• Develop and improve tools and equipment in close cooperation with technicians.
• Investigate and resolve product deviations.
• Drive process improvements using Lean initiatives.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,384 and €4,954 (based on CAO Metalektro and depending on experience).

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Aerospace MRO.
• Familiar with quality systems and aviation regulations (AS9110, EASA/EMAR-145).
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Solution-oriented, hands-on and responsible.
• Fluent in English.
