The company has built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality production solutions and supporting customers across both commercial and specialist industry sectors.In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with an experienced production team supporting PCB assembly processes, including SMT pick-and-place programming and interpreting Gerber data. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving production workflows and ensuring smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations.This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or similar with a background in electronics manufacturing looking to develop within a respected and growing EMS environment.The Role:

• Electronics Manufacturing Production Engineer
• Electronic manufacturing for commercial, industrial, and retail sectors
• Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, 4pm finish Friday

The Person:

• Electronics Technician, Manufacturing, Production Engineer or similar
• Background working in electronic manufacturing
• SMT Pick and Place Files, Siemens, Siplace
• Commutable to High Wycombe
