Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Opportunity to work with leading designer and manufacturer of high reliability electronic motor control solutions.
- Identify and drive improvements in the manufacture of high reliability electronic circuit cards and the mechanical system assembly of Moog motion controllers.
- Provide and support Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve product quality, capability & cost reductions.
- New Equipment specification, justification and installation to schedule and budget.
- DFM input, working closely with in-house and corporate design groups.
- New Product Introduction developing product costings, assembly processes and SOP's.
- Relevant Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, Electronic or other related engineering discipline and at least 3 years manufacturing engineering experience in an electronics assembly environment ideally SMT/PTH related.
- A practical, constructive and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
