Manufacturing Engineer

The successful candidate will have experience with driving continuous improvement across production, leading initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and support new product launches. • Drive process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques.
• Provide hands-on technical support to resolve production issues.
• Develop strategies to reduce waste and boost productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Work closely with the Quality team to maintain and improve standards and performance metrics.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through to full production.
• Specify, design, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve efficiency and safety.

Manufacturing EngineerSkills & Qualifications:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, with experience using PDM and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints.
