About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Design Lead with deep expertise in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) modules to support the design phase of an S/4HANA implementation for a leading pharmaceutical organization. This is a long-term role (3 years), extending from initial design through to future system enhancements.

This position will focus on enabling collaboration between the company and external manufacturing partners using SAP Ariba SCC capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design for external manufacturing processes using SAP Ariba SCC modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define, document, and implement future-state processes.
• Drive integration between SAP Ariba SCC and S/4HANA across the following areas:
• SCC PO Collaboration
• SCC PO Returns Collaboration
• SCC Planning Collaboration
• SCC Sub-contracting
• Ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant designs that support global pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Ariba SCC capabilities throughout the implementation and beyond.
• Support the system life cycle, including continuous improvement and enhancement planning post go-live.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing within SAP environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba SCC modules with a proven track record in:
• PO Collaboration
• Returns Collaboration
• Planning Collaboration
• Sub-contracting processes
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Ariba SCC.
• Prior experience working in or supporting pharmaceutical external manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead solution design workshops and manage cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
