Mandarin-Speaking Backend Tech Lead (Java/Spring)

CreateFuture is seeking a Technical Lead for Backend (Java/Spring Boot) with Mandarin-speaking skills to lead from the front in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You will own the workstream end-to-end, steer architecture, and ensure delivery quality while mentoring engineers.

You will embed in a cross-site team across multiple UK cities and optimise AI-assisted development practices, while maintaining strong security and DevOps ownership across REST/Kafka ecosystems.
