An award-winning developer, specializing in bespoke design properties, is urgently seeking a Managing QS / Commercial Manager to join their busy, growing office.

The developer is entrepreneurial and opportunistic, delivering high-quality houses in the South East.

They are looking for either an experienced Senior QS ready to step into a Managing QS role or a more established Managing QS / Commercial Manager with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering cost control across multiple housing sites.
