Our client, the owner of a long established print business, is planning to retire in approximately 18 months. The company has a strong production team in place, and the successor will need to step into the role of Sales Manager, Sales Director, or a Sales oriented Managing Director.

• Must have achieved a minimum of £400,000 in personal sales.
• Preference for candidates with experience in B2 Litho and Digital sectors.

The company's current turnover is £2 million, with potential to grow to around £4 million with further investment in staff and the latest HUV technology.
