A packaging giant with factories in over 30 countries is embarking on a major investment to enter the Point of Sale/Large Format sector. The company is at the final stages of purchasing a green field site of 40,000 sq ft as part of an ambitious plant investment programme. It is looking for a Managing Director who can get involved in the early stages of the expansion and drive sustainable growth.

As the Point of Sale / Large Format Managing Director, you will report to the Board of Directors and develop and implement business strategy for profitable top line growth, a world class facility and a leading brand. You will translate strategy into operational plans, lead the team, delegate tasks, analyse results, provide training, and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategy for growth and profitability.
