Interim Managing Director - London Ecommerce Business

We are working with a fast growth British fashion brand with about 50 staff.

Our retail client is entering their next stage of growth and development and seek an Interim MD immediately to provide operational leadership and support. This may then lead to a permanent MD search. Interim role for 3 to 6 months. IR35 status tbd.

The Desired Candidate

• Have strong experience operating within businesses at and above this scale
• Be comfortable working within a founder-led environment
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving businesses with a degree of ambiguity
• Be capable of balancing hands-on operational management with implementing greater structure, clarity and organisational cadence across the business.

Immediate or near-immediate availability is important, and there is flexibility around the structure of the engagement, whether full-time or an agreed number of days per week.
