Implement lean manufacturing methods and other process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Adapt to changes in the print industry and make quick operational adjustments when required.

Develop innovative solutions and methodologies to address complex problems.

Experience in the print or packaging sectors within the last five years.

Experience managing a company with a minimum of 150 staff.
