Managing Associate - ENRI

Requirements

• Approximately 6-10 years' post-qualification experience gained at a leading international or national practice, with a strong focus on energy sector transactions
• Approximately 6-10 years' PQE gained at a leading energy, projects, corporate or infrastructure practice
• Strong experience advising on M&A transactions within the energy sector
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and related commercial arrangements
• Experience supporting the development, acquisition, financing or operation of energy and infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, including upstream, midstream, LNG, storage or wider hydrocarbons-related projects
• Exposure to mining & metals and renewable energy and energy transition projects would be advantageous but is not essential
• Experience managing transactions and leading core workstreams with appropriate supervision
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent technical drafting ability combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Interest in business development, client relationship management and contributing to the continued growth of the ENRIC sector
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior lawyers

Proficient in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements while contributing to business development initiatives in the energy and infrastructure domain.
