Job Description

Multinational company in the medical device industry is looking for a Manager Transfer Pricing.


You will actively shape the transfer pricing strategy, especially in the areas of TP Controversy and IC Services, work closely with internal and external partners in the implementation and therefore have the opportunity to grow professionally and continuously develop yourself.


Responsibilities:


  • They have created this new position to expand their capabilities in the areas of 'IC Services' and 'TP Controversy'. You will therefore be involved in the operational development of their group-wide IC service processes and support their group companies in TP audits and other TP controversy topics (especially MAPs)
  • In addition, you will be the contact person for individual Group companies and central functions in the area of transfer pricing from a strategic, procedural and tax perspective and thus support the entire range of transfer pricing topics
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing projects to further develop our TP system and coordinate operational collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  • Your tasks will also include the further development of the Group's internal transfer pricing guidelines and monitoring their implementation and realisation



Qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, economics or law or have a comparable qualification. If you have also obtained a tax consultant or similar qualification, this is an advantage, but not a must
  • You have gained broad experience in the field of transfer pricing, ideally in an international auditing or tax consulting firm or in the tax department of an international corporation
  • You are familiar with the topic of 'IC services' from a legal and operational perspective. In addition, you have already accompanied tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, etc.
  • You are confident and experienced in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • You carry out your tasks independently and in an analytical and structured manner, thus achieving convincing, realisable solutions
  • You enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts in English in a results-orientated manner
