We help brands connect with healthcare professionals and patients in smarter ways. By combining data, creativity, and medical insight, we craft integrated campaigns that shape brand performance and improve outcomes.

About the Role

As a Manager, you will lead individual workstreams within larger engagements and manage smaller-scale projects end-to-end. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic outputs, developing client-ready deliverables, and supporting junior team members in their development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and structure project workstreams and small projects with minimal oversight
• Conduct and synthesise research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Support and manage client communications, including interviews and workshops
• Collaborate with senior team members on project planning, timelines, and quality assurance
• Coach consultants and analysts in project delivery and consulting fundamentals
• Support proposal development and contribute to business development activities

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience in consulting within the life sciences sector
• Proven ability to structure problems and lead delivery within a project setting
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working across therapeutic areas or functional domains
• Track record of stakeholder engagement and delivery ownership
• Degree in a scientific or related discipline
