Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab is seeking an experienced Manager of Solutions Managers with a love of learning and experimentation to operate and evolve inventive ad solutions for a fast-growing team working with Amazon's largest advertising clients.
Key job responsibilitiesAs the Manager of Solutions Management, you will be leading a team of Senior Solutions Managers to pitch and execute advertising campaigns for a wide range of globally recognized brands across CPG, Tech, Fashion, Sports and Luxury verticals. You will coach your team on program and project management skills and support them through escalations and pioneering programs. You'll work closely with your creative and technical peers, as well as with many internal teams across Amazon (i.e. Alexa, Twitch, IMDb, Prime Video, Devices). You will also be responsible for creating, inspecting and iterating on mechanisms used by the team to forecast and report on capacity, project timelines, campaign performance, and more. We are looking for a relentless, agile leader with experience building and motivating teams to deliver bar-raising results for advertisers while also continuously improving how we do it.
- Lead the Vertical Solutions Management team.
- Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects and campaigns with considerable impact across EU.
- Own program operations and execution, including workflow and training documentation, downstream planning and coordination with account teams.
- Build business rationale to inform the prioritization of your programs' roadmap and downstream planning.
- Build business requirements and user stories for proposed feature enhancements and work with Design Technologists, Creatives and Producers to scope, prototype, build and scale.
- Track and report on performance, ensuring the team is delivering differentiated value against its intended objective.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, assign the team, and provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences.
- Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
- Prepare biweekly, monthly and quarterly state of business reports.
As a Manager of Senior Solutions Management on the Brand Innovation Lab team, you will have the opportunity to manage, evolve, and execute non-standard ad campaigns and programs for Amazon's largest advertising clients. You will report to the EU Brand Innovation Lab Vertical Lead and use your 6+ years' experience to work cross-functionally with your team, in addition to partner teams including Advertising Sales, Creatives, DesignTech, Producers, Engineering, as well as multiple Amazon and Amazon owned & operated teams. The Senior Solutions Manager will bring operational excellence, business data analysis, and strategic thinking to the team.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
- Knowledge of digital advertising or search advertising or analytics solutions (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience in project or program management
- Ability to work with, motivate and inspire cross functional peers to get things done in a mostly virtual environment
- Ability to make trade offs between customer needs/requests and long term timelines
