Baker Tilly Channel Islands, the Cl member firm of Baker Tilly International, is seeking an ambitious Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join our Assurance and Advisory team. This is a career-defining opportunity to broaden your leadership and progress toward Director and potential equity ownership within a high-performing, independent firm.

You'll manage a portfolio of audit clients, build trusted client relationships, develop future talent, and contribute to business growth and firm-wide initiatives alongside our leadership team.

We're looking for a ACA/ACCA professional with strong audit and people leadership experience, solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS, and a proven track record with at least two years operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within professional services, combined with the ambition to step confidently into senior leadership.
