Manager, Quality Management

We are currently recruiting for a temporary, part-time (30 hours per week) Manager, Quality Management (QM). This role will focus on driving quality improvement initiatives, research and best practice to enhance quality of care and support organizational effectiveness. This position is expected to begin in June 2026 and end in October 2027. The designated office for this position is London.
Responsibilities Quality Improvement and Accreditation- Serve as the primary liaison with the accreditation body, stay informed about accreditation standards applicable to TVCC, and identify any gaps that need to be addressed.
- Continuously monitor adherence to accreditation requirements and support action plans to address identified gaps.
- Manage documentation for accreditation processes and ensure readiness for accreditation site visits.
- Provide support and leadership for TVCC's Quality Improvement Committee, ensuring effective collaboration and strategic direction.
- Offer quality improvement training and support to the QI committee and the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Update or develop documentation to ensure that lessons learned from QI initiatives are integrated into regular practice.
- Update relevant QM policies and procedures to support the organization.
- Provide leadership and support to TVCC's Research Team, Professional Practice Leaders, and Clinical Practice Coaches.
- Oversee and support research activities and the development of best practices across the organization.
- Together with the QM Director, review and monitor research related funding.
- Oversee student placement processes with Professional Practice Leaders.
- Support the application of Solution Focused Coaching and Relationship Centred Care within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with QM Director and Manager to support the operations of other areas within Quality Management: Accessibility, Benchmarks, Client Safety, Privacy, Risk Management and Management of Health Records.
- Participation on TVCC wide committees.
- Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree in Health Administration or Health Quality is an asset.
- Experience with Accreditation Canada standards and the accreditation process.
- 3-5 years experience in a progressively responsible position, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and oversee multiple projects with a focus on project management and meeting timelines.
- A certificate in Project Management is an asset.
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and/or research at an organizational level. Certification in quality improvement is an asset (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, CQIP, CPSP).
- Experience in a leadership role, including experience facilitating, mentoring and coaching others.
- Excellent communication skills; positive, diplomatic, and tactful when working with others.
- Experience writing policies, procedures and best practice guidelines.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, balance multiple tasks, and be extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis.
Salary Range: $55.09 - $64.82/hour
