We've opened a role in our Ottawa office for a talented, entrepreneurial Manager of Facilities to work alongside exceptional people in JLR's IT & Workspaces group.

• Providing daily guidance to our Facilities team.
• Managing the on going maintenance and preventative maintenance measures to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
• Developing and managing the annual facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control.
• Responding to and resolving facility related emergencies and service disruptions with minimal impact to operations.
• Tracking and maintaining assets and property.
• Advising the firm through renovation and maintenance projects, including strategic real estate and space planning.
• Maintaining a thriving Activity Based Work office environment.
• Working directly with contractors and vendors.
• As a member of the leadership team of the organization, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization.
