We've opened a role in our Ottawa office for a talented, entrepreneurial Manager of Facilities to work alongside exceptional people in JLR's IT & Workspaces group.

Your Role as Manager of Facilities:Choose your own adventure! Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Manager of Facilities, your role will include:
- Providing daily guidance to our Facilities team.
- Managing the on going maintenance and preventative maintenance measures to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
- Developing and managing the annual facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Responding to and resolving facility related emergencies and service disruptions with minimal impact to operations.
- Tracking and maintaining assets and property.
- Advising the firm through renovation and maintenance projects, including strategic real estate and space planning.
- Maintaining a thriving Activity Based Work office environment.
- Working directly with contractors and vendors.
- As a member of the leadership team of the organization, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization.
