Makes staffing decisions, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities. Key decision-maker for the salary review process. Managing and directing individuals within the relevant groups, usually through relevant direct reports. Participating in developing/provides input and support to the strategic plan and budge management process. Providing additional leadership support within large specialized groupsThe ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills & experience: Prior experience in a leadership management function within AML, Compliance, or Audit. Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set.
