Connect to your opportunity We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record of success in healthcare settings. You will have experience with large-scale digital transformation programmes, and will have supported digital transformation such as through electronic patient record (EPR) programmes.

As a valued member of our Health Solutions Team, you will leverage your commercial acumen and expertise to deliver impactful digital health engagements, collaborating closely with Senior Managers, Directors, Partners, and other leaders, and overseeing the work of Analysts through to Senior Consultants to drive transformative change. If you possess a blend of hands on healthcare experience and expertise in digital transformation, either within the NHS or from translatable experience in the private sector, previous client facing management consultancy, or international healthcare systems, we would like to speak with you.

This role includes the following responsibilities -
  • Support the delivery of EPR/ digital health and transformation engagements by working directly with client teams to achieve results and produce high quality deliverables, conduct research and analysis of client needs to advise and mitigate risk, develop subject matter expertise in specific areas within healthcare and build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, policies and technologies in the NHS, working with the wider healthcare account to contribute to the creation and development of market eminence materials and support business development efforts.
  • Actively participate in team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Responsible for overseeing the delivery of workstreams or projects and managing junior resources in project teams.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
  • Experience delivering Electronic Patient Records (EPR) programmes in the NHS during business case development, implementation, or optimisation. Experience with Epic or Oracle Health (Cerner) deployments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of EPR and digital clinical solution functionality and capabilities within programme implementation teams.
  • Experience in managing junior resources and leading a workstream or project.
  • Capable to engage with senior stakeholders at C suite level through workshops or presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to fit with the existing Heath Solutions team and client programme teams.
  • Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, and deliver effectively to ambitious requirements in a fast paced environment.
  • An understanding of the public sector funding process including business cases development and the ability to development financial and economic cost and benefit models in line with public sector procurement requirements. Financial accountancy experience specifically with cost models for EPR programme business cases is desirable.
  • Previous experience with public sector procurement for clinical solutions.
  • Individuals with a clinical qualification (qualified nursing, medical, or allied health professional), particularly those who have supported digital transformation programmes as part of their clinical role. Experience designing clinical digital workflows is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a management consultant, particularly working with the NHS or private sector healthcare clients to manage change and transformation.
  • Understanding of emerging trends in digital healthcare such as data analytics tools to drive insights and improvements, and exposure to AI, telehealth, or interoperability initiatives within the public sector context.
