Manager, Credit Research, High Yield Bonds and Leveraged Loans

We are now working with a very successful global credit investor, which is part of a larger private equity investment group.

They invest in high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and other sub-investment grade debt that is traded on public markets.

They are now looking to add a Manager to their Credit Investment team.

The role will focus on the following:

1. Conduct independent, fundamental analysis of investment opportunities
2. Create historical and projected financial models
3. Provide both top-down and bottom-up valuations of Credit and Credit-related products (loans, bonds, structured credits, etc.)
4. Produce and communicate internal reports, investment memos, and proposals for internal review and investment decisions

Applicants will have a background as follows:

• Credit analysts from leveraged loans, high-yield bond, sub-investment grade funds, or credit analysts from credit trading desks
• Leveraged finance associates
• Strong credit analysis skills
• Excellent understanding of sub-investment grade debt
• 5-8 years of experience+
