Manager, Change Management - London

Our Managers:

• Scope, lead and deliver our major and complex change management programmes
• Lead blended delivery teams on client engagements
• Use leadership and coaching skills, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process
• Nurture client advisory relationships, key accounts and partnerships
• Contribute to keyaccount growth and support BD activities
• Contribute to strategic internal projects, capability & team development and co-lead internal events

• c.6-10 years' consulting experience in management consultancy firms.
• Specialism in change management, with the ability to lead end to end engagements and core programme management skills
• Some personal contribution to key account growth and business development activities eg. co-leading meetings with new clients
• Experience leading and managing teams of management consultants
