Your Impact
  • Talent Incubator: Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team of BDRs, preparing them for future promotion into Account Executive roles.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the French market, turning raw research and cold outreach into high value revenue pipeline.
  • Performance Optimization: Define monthly objectives, design creative team incentives, and cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaign follow ups, refine processes, and maximize productivity.
  • Data Driven Execution: Track, analyze, and regularly report on lead quality, quantity, and revenue impact to senior stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
  • Language Skills: Complete fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Sales Background: A proven, consistent track record of over achieving quotas in software sales (CRM or Enterprise Applications preferred).
  • Leadership Mentality: Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing a sales team to success. You know how to bring out the best in people.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and inspire a team.
  • You thrive in multi cultural, fast paced, high growth environments.
  • You possess impeccable organizational and time management skills.
