Manager, Business Analytics

This role focuses on supporting risk initiatives within the SwapClear Risk Change team. The successful candidate will participate in the full project lifecycle, including design, feasibility research, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of risk-related projects.
• Design and implement solutions using Python, Java script and Django.
• Develop and maintain valuation models and risk management frameworks.
• Create efficient queries, manage data, and present results.
• Leverage existing codebases while also building new components as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
• Design technical architecture leveraging existing codebase and quantitative library; create solutions with minimal complexity and optimal user experience.
• Design and implement automated tests across the SwapClear estate; ensure functional and system testing is cohesive and delivered effectively.
• Enhance existing risk testing techniques through advanced automation; identify and implement cross functional efficiencies to reduce cost and speed up delivery.
• Own issues and drive resolution; escalates appropriately to keep projects and programmes on track.
• Assist in functional implementation and testing; provide oversight, support, and challenge business and technical decisions where necessary.
• Deliver timely and accurate analysis of risk issues; advise senior stakeholders on approach, implementation, process improvement, and automation.
