Name: MTSC Transformation Office Position Location: The role can be based in UK/Italy/Spain but we are open for any EMEA location (preferably UK/IT/ES) Date of Completion: Duration of transformation activitiesAs part of overall MTSC Transformation, the MTSC Transformation W&T pillar is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, with close partnership with regional Transformation and Deliver teams cross EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration that sits within the MTSC Transformation W&T pillar, is responsible for deploying standard definition and integration of Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities across 3PL-operated distribution sites within the future-state asset-light operating model.
