We are looking for a Manager for our restaurant in Geneva (M/F).ManagerYour mission:- Ensure training and onboarding of new recruits- Ensure compliance with sales, hygiene, and delivery standards- Manage the daily and ongoing operations of the restaurant- Monitor the smooth execution of deliveries (product quality and respect for delivery deadlines)- Track turnover and recruitment needs- Conduct interviews and recruitment processes for daily management and operations of the restaurant- Ensure and manage various issues (technical, logistical, clients, staff)- Organize, coordinate, monitor, and assist the work of restaurant teams (cooks, crew members, delivery personnel)- Ensure the opening and closing of the restaurant- Manage cash openings and closings- Perform, verify, and monitor daily and weekly orders from various suppliersRequired qualities:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry - At least 1 year of experience in management- Very good knowledge of French and English- Service-oriented personality, efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong writing abilities in French (good spelling level)- Versatility, flexibility, leadership, rigor, and a sense of responsibility- Proficiency in standard office software toolsEntry into function: as soon as possibleOnly applicants invited for an interview will be contacted, and communication will be conducted exclusively via Jobup. jid95dfd35aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
