Manager - Valuation & Business Modelling - European Advisory firm.

Our client, a premier financial advisory group with strong European roots, is looking to strengthen its valuation team in Brussels. As a Manager, you will take the lead on engagements related to transaction support, financial reporting, and strategic value assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of valuation assignments, including business valuation, PPA, impairment testing, and fairness opinions.
• Build tailored financial models to assess business drivers and valuation scenarios.
• Present results to clients, including C-suite and stakeholders in private equity, industry, and legal advisory.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate across service lines and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years' experience in valuations, M&A advisory, or audit/TS with a strong valuation component.
• Technically sound in valuation approaches and financial modeling.
• Confident communicator who can translate complex issues into actionable insights.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch/French a definite plus.
