DescriptionThis Manager leads a team of analysts driving Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) On-Time Delivery Performance across Online, Retail, Reseller, and AppleCare channels, using data-driven insights, automation, and proactive risk management to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The role drives the inbound speed-to-customer initiative for the Reseller Route-to-Market (RTM), partnering cross-functionally to remove operational bottlenecks, improve performance, and maximise product availability and sell thru.
Responsibilities- Attract, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, strengthening analytical capability, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, and driving performance through data-driven decision making.
- Lead the rollout of strategic transformation initiatives, delivering scalable automation, process simplification, and seamless operational transitions with no business disruption.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and drive sustainable business efficiencies.
- Partner with the Route-to-Market (RTM) and Logistics teams to develop integrated management systems, automated reporting solutions, and performance frameworks leveraging new technologies to improve visibility, decision making, and operational efficiency across the supply chain network.
- Lead delivery execution across Business as Usual (BAU), New Product Introduction (NPI) and peak demand events, ensuring scalable processes and consistent customer outcomes during periods of increased complexity.
- Represent Reseller Operations, Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO), and Logistics in executive and customer facing governance forums, translating operational performance into actionable insights, influencing strategic decisions, and aligning stakeholders on business priorities.
- Excellent leadership, people management and talent development skills.
- Experience providing mentoring, feedback, developmental opportunities and building effective teams.
- Track record in innovation and continuous improvement, taking initiative in the identification and implementation of process improvements, as well as leveraging new technologies for rapid efficiencies.
- Experience building effective and insightful executive-level communications.
- Excellent networker with the ability to build strong and lasting connections at senior levels across the appropriate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and actionable insights.
- Supply Chain experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and application to supply chain use cases for strategic business impact
