Job Description
Join One of Scotland's Leading Independent Firms Manager - Business Recovery & Insolvency 
The role is varied, and responsibilities include:
Responsibilities- Engagement Leadership: Lead a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases from planning through to closure. Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and overall delivery. Manage case strategy in collaboration with Partners.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, directors, creditors, and advisors. Build strong, trusted relationships and provide clear, commercially focused advice. Lead meetings and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Technical & Financial Delivery: Oversee and review financial analysis, reporting, and statutory documentation. Apply insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements with confidence. Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all workstreams.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop junior team members. Review work, provide feedback, and support progression. Contribute to building a high performing, collaborative team culture.
- Business Development: Support and contribute to business development activity. Build your professional network and identify opportunities for growth. Support Partners in strengthening the firm's market presence.
- Quality & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Identify and manage risks, escalating where appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and delivery.

- Lead complex engagements across insolvency and restructuring with end to end responsibility for delivery.

- Contribute to business development, building your network and identifying new opportunities.
