For the first time ever, Frencken is launching a prestigious 2-year Management Traineeship - a fast-track leadership program designed to shape the future leaders of our precision engineering and high-tech innovation business.

About the Program

Our 2-year Management Traineeship is crafted to accelerate your growth and leadership potential. During this time, you will undertake 5 dynamic assignments that offer cross-functional exposure, leadership experience, and international insights:

Year 1:

- 3 Rotational Assignments - Each lasting 4 months, providing exposure to key business functions.

Year 2:

- 6-Month Leadership Assignment - Step into a leadership role and take ownership of real projects.

- 6-Month International Assignment - Work at one of our Frencken global locations to gain international experience.

You will benefit from a structured learning and development program, which includes:

- Professional training modules

- Interactive workshops on leadership, communication, and innovation

- Personal coaching to support your growth and well-being

- Ongoing mentorship from senior leaders and experts across the organization

Who We're Looking For:

We are searching for fresh graduates who are:

• Holders of a Master's or PhD Degree: graduated on or after 2024 in a technical or business field
• Active and Engaged: participated in student associations, projects, or volunteer activities
• Ambitious and Curious: eager to explore, lead, and grow
• Resilient and Adaptable: thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Global Citizens: open to working abroad and collaborating across cultures
• Available to start full-time no later than 1st September 2025
