Location: Inverness (travel may also be required)

Job Type: Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Salary: £14.83 per hour rising to £15.41 once trained (plus paid travel time & mileage when working in other stores)

We looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Manager to support shop operations and step up in the Manager's absence, travelling between all shops throughout Highlands/Moray.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer care.

• Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations
• Lead the team and maintain high standards in the Manager's absence
• Ensure excellent customer service and team performance
• Support staff training and development
• Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards
• Complete admin tasks as needed
• Be available to work in other stores (travel costs covered)

• Previous supervisory/assistant manager experience (preferred)
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A team player with a passion for customer service
• Driving licence holder as well as own transport
