Management Accountant for high end design business

A very well-respected, ultra-high-end property design and project business with ongoing operations all over the world.
Your new role Joining a highly commercial team, reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will be driving portfolio analytics, partnering with the commercial asset team, attending fund/investor meetings and is responsible for the monthly management reporting.
Duties include:

Monthly management reporting with variance analysis

Portfolio performance reporting

Lender reporting and underwriting

Business partnering with operations - working with ops budget holders

KPI analysis including development and implementation of processes

What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a commercial professional, ideally with experience of property/design/construction or at least an asset-focused business model. Ideally, you will have a highly analytical profile and experience with management reporting.
