Management Accountant (Italian Speaking)

Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid (3 days minimum in-office)

Salary: £37,000 per annum

About the Job

A key role within the finance function, this position is responsible for providing accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting across a portfolio of managed properties. Working closely with operational teams, you'll support financial insight and analysis for internal stakeholders and external investors.

  • Ownership of the month end close process and production of management accounts
  • Preparation of property level profit and loss reports with analytical commentary
  • Completion of detailed balance sheet reconciliations
  • Liaison with transactional teams, finance business partners and operations
  • Support for operational teams to enhance financial understanding
  • Responding to investor queries and assisting with external audit processes
  • Providing financial analysis to support performance reviews
About the Successful Applicant

You will be a fluent Italian speaker and part qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or qualified AAT, with at least two years' experience in a finance team. You'll bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence working across teams. Experience within a multi site, multinational organisation and knowledge of Italian statutory accounting would be advantageous.
