Management Accountant

We're seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in Birmingham during a key period of change. The successful candidate will take ownership of monthly management accounts, provide financial insight, and partner with operational teams to drive performance and control.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes as well as providing financial commentary and insights to operational managers.

This role requires a strong accountant with the ability to hit the ground running in a brand new environment.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a fully or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
• Have strong management accounting experience, ideally within a multi-site, service-led or fast-paced environment
• Be a Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines with excellent analytical and Excel skills with a keen eye for detail
