The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Management Accountant will gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Variance analysis with clear commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with year-end and audit processes
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in financial controls and processes

The Candidate

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, driven, and keen to develop within a growing organisation
