SimoTech are looking to hire a Managed Services Manager to work from our company HQ. Thisis an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, reporting to our Director ofManaged Services. The successful candidate will oversee high impact engineering services andprojects across leading pharmaceutical client sites. Candidates will ideally have 10+ years'experience in the Life Sciences sector or similar. This role offers the opportunity to influenceservice delivery at scale, collaborating cross functionally with internal teams to drive businesssuccess. This role is suited to a commercially astute leader with deep automation or validationexpertise and a passion for delivering results in complex environments.

• Provide oversight for the delivery of services and projects on our client sites, whilst alsocontributing from a Technical or Project Management perspective to specific keyprojects.
  
• Oversee full project lifecycle delivery including:
  
• Development and management of scope, schedules, and budgets.
  
• Setting standards to ensure high quality output.o Reporting against agreed performance indicators.o Interface with clients and resolve any concerns raised.
  
• Act as project sponsor for site projects by supporting project teams, making data-drivendecisions, and driving continuous improvement through innovation.
  
• Focus on stakeholder management across our client sites, ensuring all clients areengaged and supported at all times.
  
• Build and sustain key relationships with new and existing clients.
  
• Partner proactively with clients to develop innovative solutions to their challenges,shaping projects and services that deliver meaningful and lasting impact.
  
• Mentorship of team members including:o Supporting project managers, engineers and technical leads in project execution.o Provide leadership, guidance and advice in own field of expertise.o Participate in performance evaluation & management process for site-basedresources.
  
• Drive high performance across SimoTech projects and services by disseminatinglessons learned and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Resource management for projects and services with emphasis on building andmaintaining skilled engineering teams.
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, (HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, andBusiness Development), to support organisational objectives and drive continuedsuccess.
  
• Frequent travel to client sites for client and project meetings.
  

• Minimum of 10 years project experience in Life Science manufacturing environments.
  
• Technical Qualifications to 3rd level or equivalent in Engineering or Science with a focustowards automation and validation.
  
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading teams or suppliers in automation projectdelivery.
  
• Ability to demonstrate technical, project and interpersonal skills.• Experience in change management best practices.
  
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision on a variety of technologies andproject lifecycles.
  
• In depth knowledge of Process Automation (DCS, PLC and SCADA), Labs and Processsystems.
  
• Strong understanding of project finances coupled with a commercial acumen.
  
• Excellent communications with a strong customer focus.
  
• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal oversight, to tight timelines.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with GMP, GAMP, Safety and Environmental Regulatory requirements.
