Job Title: SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) Operative

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient press changeovers to meet daily SMED targets.
• Work safely and support site health, safety, and environmental objectives.
• Contribute to Lean improvements, particularly in SMED and yield.
• Accurate information loading and analysis of Radius is key.
• Support timely, cost effective delivery of the print plan.
• Support initiatives to reduce changeover times.

Qualifications - Must Haves

• Experience in printing or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid problem solving skills under pressure.
• Team player with a safety first mindset.
• Comfortable following procedures and manuals.
• Basic computer skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience in high speed printing environments.
• Experience working with Radius.
• Exposure to short run or fast changeover production.
