Major Incident Manager

Location: Newton Abbey, Hillview House, Belfast
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Shift Role (On-Call Rota)

Strengthen our team as a Major Incident Manager!
We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you'll take full ownership of major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and acting as the key communication link between Service Delivery Managers and recovery teams.

What you'll do:

• Manage high-priority incidents from start to closure.
• Verify priorities, determine severity, and escalate where necessary.
• Coordinate and communicate throughout the incident life cycle.
• Facilitate conference calls and produce management incident reports.
• Drive process improvements and assist with service enhancements.

What we're looking for:

• Essential:
  • 2-3 years' experience in high-priority incident management within a multi-client or shared service environment.
  • ITIL awareness.
• Additionally:
  • Knowledge of Remedy or similar tools and incident management processes.
  • Ability to work as part of an on-call rota (shifts starting as early as 7:30am and as late as 11am).
  • SC clearance eligibility and willingness to undergo checks.
