About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to carry out general maintenance and repair work for residential properties, including both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Tasks

• Perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor areas to a high standard.
• Report maintenance issues and complete repairs safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Relevant maintenance qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is desirable.
