Maintenance Technician

At our production site in Couvet, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of our production equipment and services. In the Maintenance & HSE department, you play a key role in the continuity and safety of our operations: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site utilities; Diagnose and troubleshoot technical breakdowns (mechanical, electrical, industrial); Monitor industrial equipment and utilities (steam, HVAC, air treatment, monitoring); Participate in the commissioning and start-up of new lines; Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance; Coordinate the interventions of external technicians; Manage spare parts and ensure the organization of the warehouse (5S); Document your interventions and participate in writing procedures; Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes, quality, safety, and compliance; Recognized technical background in industrial maintenance, electromechanical or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in aseptic pharmaceutical environments; Analytical capabilities, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork spirit; Strong sense of safety, quality, and compliance.
