Shift Maintenance Engineer (Days/Nights)

We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Engineer to support production across a rotating shift pattern in an FMCG environment working for a reputable business who continue to devlop their site in Telford. Excellent renuneration available and the opportunity to join a welcoming and well organised team. Reporting to the maintenance manager, the role involves working shifts and leading a small team of engineers to support production and ensure machine avalability remains high. You will be the lead on shift to deal with high levle faults and issues.

£57 - 58000 per annum (including shift allowance)

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Reactive, PPM and Corrective maintenance
• Fault-find and repair production equipment under pressure
• Accurately complete CMMS work orders
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
• Provide holiday cover across shift patterns when required
• Support Engineering leadership and BRC standards

Skills & Experience

• HNC or HNDor equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Apprenticeship trained and electrically qualified
• FMCG experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible approach to shift work

You will have current or recent experince as maintenance supervisor, maintenance team leader, lead maintenance engineer, senior maintenance engineer, multiskilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer.
