Maintenance Team

Set in 375 acres of picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, Flamingo Land Resort creates a truly unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.

Our Holiday Village Maintenance Team ensures that guest accommodation is kept in tip top condition year round. From general maintenance tasks such as hanging curtains, repairing doors, replacing hinges, or laying carpet, to pitching new units, everyday work is varied and never repetitive.

Work Hours

Daytime shifts: 09:30 - 17:00 (18:00 during peak season). Afternoon/Evening shifts: 15:00 - 23:00.

Full time roles up to 40 hours per week; part time roles typically 16-24 hours per week, increasing during university, college and school holidays. Weekend, holiday and bank holiday trading days are busiest.

Transport

On site free parking is provided. Local bus links into Malton, York, Pickering & Thornton Dale are available via Coastliner. The Tees Valley bus serves Stockton, Middlesbrough, Grangetown, Redcar, Saltburn, Brotton, Skelton and Guisborough.

Accommodation

Local accommodation providers are available near the resort, though no on site staff accommodation is offered.
