Jemini Response is a long established, community based care provider supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities across our small group of residential homes. We are seeking an experienced Part Time Maintenance Person to join our friendly, hands on team. This role is ideal for someone practical, reliable, and looking for meaningful work with flexibility. This is a part-time position, with the option for additional hours over time as our homes and needs continue to grow.

What we're looking for

• Has experience in maintenance, repairs, or a handy person role
• Is proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently

The role involves

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across our residential homes
• Routine checks and upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas
• Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards
• Reporting larger repair needs and coordinating with management or contractors
• Helping ensure communal spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well cared for
