Maintenance Operative

We are inviting applications for full time Maintenance Operative to join our team.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in similar maintenance role.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Maintenance management team. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

• 2 years' experience in a handyman/maintenance role

Personal Qualities

• Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Be self motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• To work with the maintenance team to ensure maintenance activities and procedures adhere to applicable Health and Safety legislation, policies, and best practice guidelines.
• To work with the team to ensure an efficient planned prevention maintenance system is in operation.
• General day to day maintenance within the Resort.
